Return Policy
As a company that values its customers, we strive to provide you with an experience that
makes you feel confident in your purchase and use of our products and services. We hope
your selection brings you many years of enjoyment.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or
exchange merchandise in its original, unworn condition within the respective return
periods accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Non-Refundable Items:
Alevel Collectibles does not accept exchanges or refunds on any bullion, coins, or
currency.
Additional Notes:
1. Items sold with certification must be returned with original certification papers to
receive a full refund (photocopies will not be accepted).
2. Items purchased with a check will require a 10-day waiting period before a refund
can be given.
3. Returns will be made in check form, except for credit/debit purchases, where funds
will be returned to the card used for purchase.
4. When an item is not returned within the respective return period or is not in new
condition, we will gladly make an exchange, though adjustments to the original
selling price may be necessary and is up to Alevel Collectibles discretion.
5. We may not always be able to make refunds on special order items; those decisions
will be made on a case-by-case basis.
